Tom Garr:

Currently Managing Director and Chief Operating Officer, Mastholm Asset Management

MBA Finance University of Dallas 1981

15 years Wall Street experience including 11 years at The First Boston Corporation and 4 years at Salomon Brothers.

Founder and senior partner of Mastholm Asset Management, established June 1997, which currently manages $1.5 Billion in international equity portfolios for large institutional investors.

Also sit on Board of Trustees of Shepherd Center Foundation.

Active in numerous charitable causes and organizations benefitting children through the Thomas and Darlene Garr Charitable Trust.

Currently coaching in Fall League at Atlanta Youth Lacrosse. This is my 47th team coaching in 5 sports including 12 lacrosse teams.

Cathy Hasbrouck:

Education: University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill (B.A., with Honors, 1986); University of North Carolina School of Law (J.D., with Honors, 1989).  Member: Kappa Delta Sorority.

Career: As a corporate finance lawyer, Cathy has been counseling public and private companies regarding their general corporate, technology and intellectual property needs since 1989.  Most recently, Cathy has assisted clients in the areas of software and intellectual property licensing and joint ventures; supplier and vendor agreements; dealership contracts; internet and e-commerce relationships; audit engagement and consulting arrangements; equipment lease agreements; corporate organization and governance issues; asset sales and general labor and employment agreements.  Cathy is currently the President of Hasbrouck Consulting, Inc. and is Of Counsel to Sheley & Hall, P.C.  Cathy was formerly Vice President and General Counsel of Paragon Trade Brands, Inc., located in Norcross, Georgia, and a Corporate Finance Associate at Troutman Sanders LLP, in Atlanta, Georgia, and at Winthrop, Stimson, Putnam & Roberts, LLP (now Pilsbury Stimson), in New York, New York.
